FieldOptimiz is a product of Spivak Holdings LLC. FieldOptimiz ("we," "us," or "our") operates a business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) field service management and CRM platform. We act as a service provider to our business customers ("Customers") and process data on their behalf to facilitate field service operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our platform.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing details when you create an account.
  • End-User Data: Information provided by our Customers about their end-users, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, and service history.

FieldOptimiz acts as a data processor on behalf of our business Customers (data controllers). Our Customers determine the purposes and means of processing end-user data. We process end-user data solely according to our Customers' instructions and applicable data processing agreements. If you are an end-user of one of our Customers, please refer to that Customer's privacy policy for details on how your data is handled.

7. SMS and Mobile Information Protection

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers collected through the platform are used exclusively for transactional and service-related communications as described in our SMS Consent & Messaging Terms. We maintain strict controls to ensure mobile information is protected and used only for its intended purpose.

8. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
