Built by a Technician. For Every Technician.
Eden Spivak built FieldOptimiz after years in the field — running a service business, dispatching techs, invoicing customers, and chasing payments. He knew what actually moves the needle: smart dispatch, automated follow-ups, one-click invoicing, and a system that talks to your techs where they already are.
FieldOptimiz is not a feature bolted onto a CRM. It is a complete field service platform — dispatch, AI automation, WhatsApp bot, invoicing, payments, and reporting — built by someone who has actually been in the truck.

From the Field to the Platform
Eden Spivak spent years working as a field technician in New Jersey, then running his own service business. He lived the daily chaos: WhatsApp groups overflowing, jobs slipping through spreadsheets, and commissions calculated on napkins.
Every tool he tried was either built for enterprise companies with six-figure budgets, or it was a glorified to-do list that couldn't handle real dispatch, real WhatsApp groups, or real technician workflows.
So in late 2024, he started building the tool himself. Through 2025, it was a cycle of build, test, break, and rebuild — learning what actually works by shipping code and watching it run in real businesses.
In 2026, FieldOptimiz became a real company with a real product. Not born in a boardroom. Not from a VC pitch deck. From real pain, real experience, and a refusal to accept that field service software has to suck.
Make running a service business as easy as running a search query.
Every feature we build, every automation we create, every AI model we train serves one purpose: giving service professionals their time back so they can do what they do best -- serve their customers.
Our Values
These aren't wall decorations. They're the filters we use for every product decision, every hire, and every customer interaction.
